This is a flexible desk offered to investors in a common work area. You can sit anywhere in the area with your laptop and cell phone. You can get 2 visas for this space.

Dedicated (Fixed) Desk

This is a fixed desk for investors with drawers with lockers beside the desk. The number of visas available for this space is up to 3 visas.

Small (Private) Office

This is an exclusive office for investors. The visa quota depends on the office space occupied. From 12 sqm to 50 sqm. Moreover, fully-furnished to unfurnished office spaces are also available.

Renewal of Visas in Dubai Technology Entrepreneur Campus

All visas issued by DTEC are renewed after 3 years. All office types have unrestricted access to DTEC facilities and events.
